Vampires took all the survivors and brought them underground. For the next two years Yuichiro, Mika, and the rest of the children from the orphanage and the other children around the world were forced to give the vampires their blood.

Owari No Seraph
I'm going to switch this up a bit. So, instead of the next episode of Akagami No Shirayukihime. I will give you a brief summary of Owari No Seraph.
